Huckabee Compares Sexual Harassment to Ordering Fried Chicken

While I'm reconstructing a @#$%& post that was partially lost, here's a little something to shock you. According to Media Matters, Mike Huckabee made sarcastic comments about sexual harassment during the November 5th edition of Huckabee. How very Christlike ...

  3. Okjimm -- Yes they do. Even the Huck isn't immuned.

Knatolee -- Huckabee needs to look up "empathy" in the dictionary before making smug assumptions like that.

  4. I always liked this quote:

I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.

  6. Honestly, what an a**hole. Sorry about your lost post, but the will certainly have me agitated for as long as it takes you to reconstruct.

  7. Donna -- Thanks. If Huckabee thinks being called "honey" is on the same level as sexual harassment, he's out of touch with real life.

  8. Just another Christian chauvinistic pig telling women to chill out, put up and shut up. What an ass.

  9. Cognitive Dissenter -- Basically. Underneath all that religious rhetoric is a steady current of patriarchy.

  10. WHile he's looking up "empathy", he should also look up "fashion sense", something he seems to be sorely lacking. (Although the chauvinistic lack of empathy is a great concern.) Can you imagine being the poor woman married to a pig like that?

  11. Knatolee -- Sadly, I've met women married to guys like that (and far worse). I don't know how they do it.

  13. Buffy -- Too true. He's as invested in patriarchy as his colleagues.
