I hardly think the character of Shaw in Prometheus represents conventional Christianity. She's quite happy to believe that aliens, not God, created humanity. To the extent that the aliens are a stand-in for God, she's quite happy to fight back against them once it becomes clear how nasty they are -- hardly the attitude of the traditional sheep in the flock.
