ReplyDeleteJono -- The Catholic Church is a business above all else. Their money comes from the laity and their substantial investments and property. I encourage everyone to watch the documentary "Holy Money" to understand the money side of the Vatican.

ReplyDeleteDonna -- "Holy Money" is truly eye-opening.

ReplyDeleteDonna -- No worries!
DeleteAnd wit that enormous wealth they will feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, and ease the burden of the poor, won't they? I know they do a little of that, but they have enough to wipe out hunger in Africa e.g.. How can they even understand poverty and hunger? By praying about it? Mumbling gibberish into their hands with their heads bowed? I doubt it.
