The Deseret News is more a PR tool for the Mormon Church than a real newspaper. Therefore I'm sure that article about Hatch's speech was well-received, unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteAgi Tater -- Be as that may, I posted it because I wanted people to know what Hatch said. The unrelenting assaults on the wall of separation deserve attention.
DeleteAhab, I agree 100% and sorry if I conveyed otherwise. I never read The Deseret News so would not have known about Hatch's comments had I not read the article here. I'm actually a bit surprised that the more liberal Salt Lake Tribune didn't highlight the story.
DeleteAgi Tater -- No worries.
DeleteI looked around the Salt Lake Tribune site just now, but they merely shared the Deseret News article. Rats.
At least most of the commenters on Pennlive have a lick of sense.
ReplyDeleteJono -- I wish the same could be said for some of our politicians.
