From the David Lane article: Where are the champions of Christ to save the nation from the pagan onslaught imposing homosexual marriage, homosexual scouts, 60 million babies done to death by abortion and red ink as far as the eye can see on America?
ReplyDeleteRed ink? So the Bible preaches balanced budgets? I must have missed that part. The memetic contamination between fundamentalism and Republicanism evidently flows both ways.
Seriously, this is a blatantly open declaration of the desire to fight for a theocracy. It's damning that top Republicans associate with these people.
Random observation: If you take all the vowels out of Reince Priebus's name, you get "RNC PR BS". If there's a God I guess he has a sense of humor.
Infidel -- It's very revealing that GOP leaders are willing to break bread with theocrats like these. They might be eager to woo Religious Right voters, but they'll regret their strategy later. The marriage between Christian fundamentalism and nationalism is a strange thing to observe.
