Interesting that the Mormon factor is still something of a concern among the Christian Right. A slight drop in fundie turn-out in Alabama or Mississippi won't make any difference in the Electoral College, but in, say, Virginia or North Carolina it might help.
ReplyDeleteThe irony is that the only Protestant on either ticket is Obama. That doesn't help us, though, since the fundies mostly seem to think he's a Muslim if not a Satanist.
Infidel753 -- It's a huge irony. As for Romney's Mormonism, I think it's forcing Republican evangelicals to reevaluate their priorities and make some tough decisions.
